1. Trademark and Intellectual Property Notice

All third-party product names, logos, brands, trademarks, bottle designs, and imagery referenced on this Site are the sole property of their respective trademark holders.

The use of any brand names or retail bottle imagery is done strictly for informational and comparative purposes—specifically to identify the original fragrance and allow consumers to accurately select the scent profile they wish to sample. DiLo PARFUMS LLC does not claim any ownership over these trademarks or designs.

2. Product Nature and Hand-Poured Disclosure

When purchasing from DiLo PARFUMS LLC, you are not purchasing a product packaged or manufactured by the original fragrance house. Instead, you are receiving a customized, genuine fragrance sample.

  • Every sample and decant we sell is independently and meticulously hand-poured by DiLo PARFUMS LLC.

  • We use 100% authentic, legally purchased original fragrances, decanted directly from the genuine factory bottles into our custom, sterile, non-original glass atomizers and sample vials.

  • The final product you receive will be enclosed in custom DiLo PARFUMS packaging, which will vary visually from the manufacturer's original presentation.

3. Fair Use & Consumer Transparency

DiLo PARFUMS LLC operates entirely within the legal bounds of the First Sale Doctrine and principles of Nominative Fair Use. We do not compromise on product integrity. Every drop of juice we pour is identical to the original fluid produced by the respective luxury house.

By purchasing from us, the consumer acknowledges that they are intentionally purchasing a custom-rebottled sample for personal trial, evaluation, or travel convenience, and not a factory-sealed retail item from the original brand manufacturer.
